Arrival - Self - Service - Token Dispenser
The customer selects required service(s) and on confirmation a token is presented to the customer with approximate waiting time and token number printed on ticket.
Main Display Unit
The LCD Display shows token number against a counter number where the customer will be served. The customer is alerted with a chime when a token has been called. A highlighted band on the display indicates the latest token called.
Queuing and waiting
Instead of worrying about their place in the line customers can relax and have a great customer service experience
Serving
The customer proceeds towards the Counter when his token number on the screen is highlighted with a band along with voice announcement.

The customer is called and receives service based on needs, identity, history and staff skills.
Post Serving
The Customer provides feedback on their service experience.
Managing - Advance Report
The Manager gets a 360-degree view of branch (customers, employees and services), tracks individual transaction time, counter staff productivity and bottlenecks in service processes
